- BAND ONLY: Parade rehearsals: Adv. Mon. 2/23 AND Mon. 3/2
- EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO: cell numbers, company, hotel, flight and charter bus info
- Real ID for those 18 and over OR other TSA approved ID
- TSA doc with info about carryon, ID, etc.
- Join the Travel Slack if you haven’t already done so. Also, make sure you’re in the correct channel (band, choir, orchestra). Your friends can move you into channels once you’re in the group.
- BAND ONLY: Meal money checks will be cut end of February
- Full travel roster meeting MONDAY, Feb. 16 during Advisory. Attendance is REQUIRED.
- Chaperone Dinner meeting Tues. Feb. 17 at 6pm in the band room.
- Agreement Form and Trip Guidelines - read embedded ‘Guidelines’ link, print the ‘Agreement’ doc, fill out, and turn in by 2/18
- Anyone with medication needs, MUST fill out this FORM. Due 2/18.
